Rolf Schmidt-Holtz, Chairman of Supervisory Board
Rolf Schmidt-Holtz is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Just Software AG. From 2006 to March 2011 he was CEO of SONY Music Entertainment, New York. Previously to this position, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Bertelsmann AG, Chairman of CLT-UFA (today the RTL Group) and the publishing house Gruner + Jahr as well as publisher and Editor-in-Chief of the Stern magazine, to name only a few. After studying Law and Political Science, he started his career as Managing Editor at the German Federal Press Office, as a TV correspondent at ARD and as the Editor-in-Chief at WDR.
Marija Korsch, Member of Supervisory Board
Marija Korsch has many years of management experience in the banking sector, among others at Bankers Trust in the US and most recently as Partner and Manager of Corporate Finance Business at Bankhaus Metzler in Frankfurt. In addition to her work as Assistant Board Member at Just Software AG, she works in the Bankhaus Metzler Advisory Board and on the Board of Directors of the Alte Oper Frankfurt, among other things.
Dr. Mark-Ken Erdmann, Member of Supervisory Board
Full-time, Mark-Ken Erdmann is CEO of Bertlesmann Business Consulting, Gütersloh, and CIO of the Bertelsmann AG Corporate Center. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of the Projects & Policies Department in the Corporate Financial Reporting Division of Bertelsmann AG. After studying Economics, he started his career at Ernst & Young AG in the Assurance & Advisory Business Services Department. Since 2007, he has been working as an associate lecturer at the Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
Dr. Thomas Kreye, CFA, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
In June of 2007, Thomas Kreye, together with Rolf Schmidt-Holtz, laid the foundation for Just Software AG. Previously, he was Director of Corporate Development at Bertlesmann AG. He studied Economics at universities in Witten/Herdecke and Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, and the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia and ultimately got his Ph.D. with highest honors at the University of St. Gallen. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2006.
Dipl.-Ing. Sebastian Ebert, MSME, Management Team (COO)
Sebastian Ebert, together with Thomas Kreye, helped build up Just Software AG from the very beginning. Previously, he worked in project management in the Daimer Chrysler AG Development Department. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the Darmstadt University of Technology as well as the Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta) and received the title of Dipl.-Ing. as well as a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Dipl.-Medieninform. Susanne Kaiser, Management Team (CTO)
Susanne Kaiser has been a member of the Just Software AG Board of Directors since 2010. After completing her studies in Media Information Technology at the University of Applied Sciences Wedel, she started her IT career as a software developer. Then, she gathered experience in managing large Internet projects in the fields of social networking, travel booking and dating agency systems.
Dr. med. Heike Unverhau, Management Team (Head of eHealth)
Heike Unverhau has joined Just Software AG in 2011 as our Head of eHealth. She is responsible for the optimisation of our software for the medical field and is serving our clients who are deploying Just Connect in hospitals and other medical institutions.
Heike studied Medicine at the University of Cologne and the University of Malaga (Spain) and got her PhD from the Cologne Institute of Naturopathy. After finishing her studies she practiced at university hospitals both in Germany and Spain. Before joining the Board of Directors she was a strategy consultant with the Global Healthcare Practice of McKinsey&Company in London.
